1. Non-Refundable Payments
The payments made by any Users to Dialurbano by way of membership fee, renewal fee, or auto-renewals are treated as non-refundable.
2. Non-Transferable Membership
Users shall not assign or transfer their Dialurbano membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Payment once made for Dialurbano services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or package provided by the Company.
